All shades are made within half inch of the specifications above to allow the shade to sit flat inside the window frame. If your shade is blackout lined (blackout is an extra charge) although we do upmost to avoid pinholes of light it is the nature of blackout lining and cant always be avoided. Shipping on custom orders is not included. I will contact you once I know the weight and measurements of the box with shipping options.
